Donate Christmas gifts for children this December

Every Christmas, Birmingham City Mission distributes gifts to thousands of children whose families struggle to make ends meet. 

This festive season, join Martineau Place in making a difference through the Christmas ToyLink initiative, supporting families facing financial challenges.

Martineau Place is a drop-off point for the Toylink campaign for Birmingham City Mission up until 18th December (toys collected 19th Dec).

You can conveniently drop off your donations at two friendly locations: Lina Coffee Shop and La Vera Pizzeria.

This monumental task relies on the generosity of individuals like YOU, contributing toys, energy, and time to ensure every child referred receives gifts on Christmas morning.

Families in need are referred by Social Services, shelters, churches, and other agencies. Throughout November and December, City Mission's dedicated volunteers carefully select and wrap four gifts for each child, creating a magical sack complete with a Christmas story booklet and card for delivery.

Help brighten a child's Christmas by purchasing a NEW (not second-hand) gift for children aged 0 to 15 years who eagerly await new toys, books, games, and puzzles. Please note - Gifts cannot be toy guns, homemade toys, chocolate or sweets and the gifts cannot be wrapped.
